Its first location was in downtown Richfield on Hwy 175 in a white building. Then, in 1910 the red brick building was built –once again on Hwy 175 in downtown Richfield. There was a cider mill on that location, but Mr. Klippel agreed to move the cider mill off the lot. During its time at that location, it was robbed in 1932 by the Uttendorfer brothers. The next move was a bit south to the corner of Hwy 175 and Richfield Service Drive (later Tennes Acctg.) Eventually, a new bank was built on the corner of Hwy 175 and Hubertus Road. The bank has been known as the Richfield State Bank, Colonial Bank, Richfield, WI Bank BagValley Bank, M & I, and currently BMO Harris. The bank bag pictured was once used by St. Jacobi Church.
